What you can write about

  • Support — bugs, broken features, "how do I…" questions.
  • Billing — refund requests (we process unused credits within 30 days of purchase), invoice corrections, VAT/GST receipts.
  • Privacy & data — access, export, correction, or deletion of your data. GDPR / CCPA / equivalent local rights all funnel through here.
  • Legal — questions about our Terms, DPAs, security questionnaires, trademark concerns.
  • Partnerships — integrations, reseller arrangements, white-label discussions.
  • Press — media inquiries, product commentary, interview requests.
  • Security disclosures — found a vulnerability? Mark the subject line [security] and send the details. We acknowledge responsible disclosures and credit reporters publicly (with permission) once a fix ships.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge every email within one business day (Monday – Friday, GMT). Refund requests are usually processed within two business days. Privacy and data-access requests are answered within the timelines required by GDPR (30 days), but in practice much sooner.

  • Where the data comes from — see the About page.
  • How to install the extension — sign in to your dashboard, go to Settings → Extension, and follow the prompts.

If your question isn't here, write anyway. We'd rather get a duplicate email than miss a real one.
